Description Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain corp. & unit management control systems cost, quality & schedules
  • Collaborate with support personnel on technical and production problems.
  • Serve as key contact with customer and supplier organizations to ensure flow of materials to meet required schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to recommended safety and housekeeping practices.
  • Handle budget planning and performance process
  • Train, develop and evaluate salaried employees
  • Provide leadership for SPQRCE mentorship
  • Successfully communicate shift issues to incoming leadership
  • Assist in allocating personnel as needed
  • Maintain shift safety by audits, observation and follow up of all incidents.
  • Align with local and national labor agreements
  • Serve in leadership capacity advancing GMS/Lean Mfg. initiatives/Customer satisfaction efforts.

    Job Qualifications (Required)

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Technical or Business-related field or 5+ years of equivalent experience in a high volume manufacturing environment
  • 2+ year of leadership experience in high volume manufacturing environment
  • Strong project management/leadership experience
  • Ability to work off-shift hours and overtime as needed
  • Job Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Master's degree
  • Knowledge of Quality Control, Mfg. schedules and other related manufacturing systems
  • Demonstrated performance in Global Manufacturing System methodology, lean manufacturing principles
