RESPONSABILIDADES -Responsable de ejecutar entregables en apoyo de los objetivos comerciales de la organización de logística. - Brinda soporte de una de las áreas clave dentro de la organización de Logística y / o Contenedores para garantizar que los objetivos comerciales se cumplan o superen en todas las áreas, incluidas las iniciativas de clientes, calidad, servicio, capacidad de respuesta, personas, productos y financieras. - Se comunica dentro de la función, así como otras funciones, filiales externas, agencias reguladoras. - Responsable de apoyar la gestión de relaciones con proveedores logísticos y proveedores de servicios. - Influye en otros dentro de la organización para que acepten nuevos conceptos, prácticas y enfoques. - Identificar problemas, actualizar o modificar métodos de trabajo que pueden ser complejos en el área de trabajo sin el beneficio de los procedimientos definidos. - Promueve los valores de GM y toma decisiones centradas en el cliente. Eliminando obstáculos y resolviendo problemas / quejas: Observa y avanza para eliminar obstáculos y resolver posibles problemas.
Additional DescriptionThe Quality and Field Operation coordinator is responsible of assuring that all the units are delivered with zero defects during transportation to the final customer, this includes vandalism and damages that occurs either by the yard/port manager or carries that include Rail, Haulaway and Vessel or Ocean carriers.
This include not only the follow up of supplier performances but also this role is responsible to find root cause of the damages and work with suppliers to assure implementation of action plans to mitigate the condition.
This role support GM Quality (central quality and plant quality) to coordinate that all the quality campaigns inspections that apply for vehicles in Mexico take place and vehicles are shipped according the standard defined and/or required.
Responsible to lead the repair process and the repair supplier at all GM sites providing continuous feedback, solving roadblocks and measure their performance.
Also, this position is accountable to coordinate the up fitted process performed by the suppliers at the VDCs or any other location designated for this activity.
Work as a team with CCA department on the supply of parts for vehicles required assuring that all restrictions or roadblocks are removed to successfully get parts on time.
This role is accountable to provide feedback to VSSM team in regards of the status and vehicles that are not saleable due to a damage or quality campaign as well as work together with them to define priorities.
This role is accountable for the performances of supplier on GM sites in terms of Quality and Safety during field operations.
