As the Quality Engineering supervisor you will be responsible for overall planning and supervision of all activities for Quality Assurance Department in accordance with local, regional, and corporate goals, procedures, and policies and to Implement and monitor the Quality management system in order to achieve all KPIs of the Business Plan Deployment as well as, Coach and Teach the team as a BIQ SME and leading the problem solving activities through the fast response approach.


  • Coach and teach the team on BIQ statement and requirement.
  • Handle and conduct all BIQ internal calibrations
  • Establish and monitor implementation of all BIQ systems such as change management, PFMEA, effective quality checks… etc
  • Monthly reporting of BIQ scorecard
  • Prepare all activities related to BIQ external calibration
  • Ensure compliance with all Global Quality requirement
  • Ensure compliance with PCP requirement especially torque requirement
  • Prepare all activities related to internal and external Torque audits
  • PCP, TEB & VAA external audit coordination
  • Create and track Strategic Quality plan implementation
  • Build and monitor Quality Business plan deployment
  • Review, update and monitor ISO 9001 – 2015 procedure related to Quality department
  • Supervise all activities related to GCA area
  • Ensure compliance with GCA monitoring audit requirement
  • GCA Bench marking activities with competitor's products
  • Analysis on Quality top issues through systematic approach to guide the team to effective problem solving
  • Leading improvement activities on GCA quality issues through fast response activities
  • Provide quality training to production, Quality and supplier teams
  • Port of entry, port of exit inspection activities
  • Batch and hold activity
