Job Description
  • Acts as partner and coach in the value stream to support the quality improvement.
  • Work with internal and external customers to identify and permanently correct non-conformities.
  • Participate in cross functional teams to drive actions in order to meet key quality performance indicators.
  • Improvement of quality understanding and quality mind-set.
  • Continuously improve and develop processes as defined on Bosch Quality principles.
  • Support development and roll-out of Quality Strategy.
  • Assist in external and internal audits.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor the fulfillment of customer requirements.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Perform other essential and related peripheral duties as may be assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Must be eligible to work in the US without VISA sponsorship from Bosch

    Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering or related technical field from an accredited institution

    +5 years of combined experience in a Quality and/ or Manufacturing role within a production Environment.

    +3 years leadership experience with diversity team (engineers, technicians, operators).

    Ability to lead technical and non/technical projects or actions.

    Knowledge of Quality Methods with the ability to drive to root cause of specific concerns using quality tools and problem solving techniques.

    Desire to lead and work with team members to bring to closure concerns in a timely manner.

    Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

    Working knowledge of personal computer, Microsoft Office software and SAP or other business related software.

    Experience working in a regulated quality system environment (ISO9001, IATF 16949) and problem solving tools (preferable Shainin).
