Job Description
Lead the coordination and support for the GS (Global Services) logistics
North America Quality Management System (ISO9001) audits.
Responsible for the QMS documentation compliance support.
Provide coordination support during internal/external audits, perform root
cause analysis - support problem solving and continuous improvement
efforts, monitor quality data.
Identify and address factors driving negative trends, identify business
obstacles (through analysis) and produce actionable solutions.
Participate in logistics projects representing the Quality Team.
Project management approach for planning and managing the effort to
achieve the project goals within the designated project constraints.
Organize and lead Quality project status and working meetings, prepare and
distribute progress reports, manage risks and issues.
Travel Expectation: Up to 25% travel (domestic)
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
2+ years of professional work experience in the field of quality, ISO9001
coordination or Quality Management System (QMS).
1+ years of document control experience (i.e. Work instructions, SOPs,
ECNs, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Logistics experience
Site quality systems auditing experience
Experience with CIP (continuous improvement)/ PDCA process, problem
solving and 8D Process, strong understanding of the SAP processes.
Soft Skills: Communication, teamwork, problem solving, time management,
critical thinking, Data analysis and Visualization.
