We are seeking a Recruiter in our Waukegan Headquarters facility. In this hybrid role, the Recruiter will be responsible for company recruiting efforts includin, recruitment strategy development, building talent pipelines, and creation of social media campaigns, job board placement, job fair engagement, initial screening and interviewing of candidates. In this fast-paced role, you will touch all elements of the of the recruitment lifecycle, interface with all lines of business as well as hiring manager at all levels of the organization managing multiple job requisitions, working independently, and pivoting as priorities shift.
