Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships and work with business counterparts, and other business and technology teams in defining the Cybersecurity program and solutions strategy, as well as the future roadmap for new capabilities.
  • Create and maintain cross-departmental relationships across the firm to enable leadership success. A strong individual contributor on a virtual global team in a large matrixed organization
  • Create processes to streamline operations.
  • Oversee large, cross functional projects and initiatives.
  • Support hiring throughout Cyber Security Services to ensure the best candidates are identified for open positions to further strengthen the organization.
  • Partner with Product Security on all security-related strategic planning for the IoT device ecosystem. Responsibilities include scheduling, planning, and participating in strategic planning workshops, tracking progress against strategic plans, and creating leadership communications.
  • Regularly partnering with the business and Digital teams to understand their strategic objectives and goals, technology needs, and emerging trends
  • Setting overall cybersecurity architecture direction for the enterprise, to ensure consistency where practical.
  • Define enterprise-level cybersecurity measures and reference architecture patterns and manage traceability between business strategy and cybersecurity.
  • Provide technical guidance for designing security capabilities in a cloud and traditional MSP/outsourced IT environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the Enterprise Architecture team to design and implement enterprise security capabilities into solution architecture.
  • Serve as an escalation point for security architecture decisions that span multiple business divisions.
  • Lead a team to engineer security tools/solutions to support data protection and transaction processing.
  • Participates in major new system implementation projects to ensure that appropriate security controls are built into systems prior to production cutover.
  • Contribute to cybersecurity roadmap development for enterprise-level systems and ensure alignment with overall security strategy.
  • Drives process improvement and control implementation projects in coordination with the larger Digital Technology team.
  • Develop, maintain and execute a multi-year enterprise-wide security strategy and roadmap.
  • Provide ad-hoc operational support.
  • Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree,

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
  • Experience within Information Security, in a highly regulated business, with proven ability to manage conflict, provide leadership, organize, and make decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in information security, Business, Risk Management, Finance, Statistics or another related field.
  • Certifications in CISSP/CISM/CRISC/PMP a plus.
  • Leadership and adaptability when facing unique challenges encountered to effectively work with individuals in diverse cultures and business environments.
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive mindset with ability to think “outside of the box” to solve problems.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a multi-tasking environment with strong analytical and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong meeting organization and facilitation skills.
  • Track record of managing work to achieve milestones on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.
