Counseling on legal matters relating to taxes, general rights, and duties. Analyze and solve legal risk issues to mitigate the company's exposure. The Regional Tax Counsel will play a key role in managing the company's tax and legal issues.

• Lead the internal consultancy for judicial, administrative, and tax matters. • Manage tax litigation with outsourced offices. • Define the strategy in administrative and judicial actions. • Prepare administrative manifestations related to inspections and assessments. • Guide and monitor internal customers with Inspection compliance. • Provide tax advice on direct and indirect taxes at the Federal, State and Civic levels. • Issue legal opinions. • Prepare and manage tax processes' budget and contingency. • Guide the company about current regulations. • Analyze and implement new standards that require updates. • Support corporate legal and all the company in regulatory legal matters. • Respond to federal, state, and civic audits.

• Degree: Bachelor in Law • Bilingual (Portuguese/English) Spanish desirable. • Strong experience in tax planning, M&A, consulting and litigation
