This person will be expected to develop and manage the remarketing and trade-
in channels across Europe in collaboration with internal and external
Build-up partnerships with local service providers in remarketing area
Develop a certified pre-owned (CPO) program including the definition of
standards, processes, and operations
Maximize values of off-lease units through exploration of new and
innovative sales strategies for used cars to enhance the second cycle of
vehicles (subscription, 2nd lease cycle etc.)
Define KPIs to manage inventory, residual values, and downside risk.
Ensure used car pricing is aligned with strategic pricing goals, working
closely with Finance, GM Financial Services and affiliated partners on CPO
and used financial products and programs
Partner with Sales, Logistics, Retail Development, Finance, and other
internal and external stakeholders to analyze location operations and
processes to facilitate Remarketing operations
Determine competitive landscape/business needs relating to lease residual
values, interest rates, retail finance types and industry trends that can
be addressed via lease/sales programs
Create and manage seamless and efficient trade-in processes, including
disposition of acquired off-brand units

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Management or equivalent -
You are well experienced of managing vehicle remarketing at a major
automotive brand with a deep understanding about revenue optimization
across the full vehicle lifecycle
