Description

This role acts as the owner of GMPI remote service experience and related business. This means that the responsibilities for this role are:

  • Develop and promote GMPI remote service experience strategy in “D2C Service Middleware”, and manage whole operation procedures for user
  • ICE/BEV related remote service and management procedure setup up from 0 to 1 and related procedure optimization, including:
  • One-click service
  • Pick-up and Delivery service
  • Airport valet parking service
  • Drunk driving service
  • Dedicated driver service
  • … and service experiences SLA monitoring and promotion through partnership or related business resource to provide seamless customer experience
  • Find and build up proper business solution for ICE/BEV
  • Find and build up difference business solution to provide diverse D2D service operation modules including:
  • D2D fast repairing,
  • D2D maintenance service
  • Strong thinking of the concierge service/concept into “D2C Service Middleware”
  • Drive the digital team to realize in the ICE/BEV service experience
  • Working with cross team to monitor and manage the performance of whole D2C platform
  • Implement strong processes to promote the effective administration of the remote service experience
  • Knowledge Experience, and Competencies Knowledge

  • Full experience on “direct to customer” service model
  • Familiar with service operation especially ICE/BEV service experience in automobile industry, both in OE and dealer
  • Excellent experience in developing relationships with diverse stakeholders across the full cross section of business functions including external partners, supplier
  • Knowledge on digital and data application in business operation
  • Skill

  • Analytical-structured thinking
  • High capability to drive innovation
  • Business models development and project management
  • Familiar with planning and proposal, skilled in procedure and standard
  • Experience/Education

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 5+ years or above experience of automotive industry and other service- related industries. 1+ years' experience in supplier management
  • Competencies

  • Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
  • Have a strong affinity, interpersonal communication and coordination skills and a sense of teamwork
  • Familiar with most office software
  • Strong ability to motivate people in an international environment
