We are hiring Repair Technicians to perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs or refurbishments on a variety of Epson printers, scanners, projectors, and associated computer peripheral products in support of our growing Repair Depot!

  • Principle Accountabilities

  • Performs repairs on Epson printer, scanner, and projector units under limited supervision from management.
  • Follows work instructions on computer.
  • Inspects a unit's inner and outer housing to determine repairable or non- repairable damage.
  • Reads and follows written technical service procedures to determine unit performance.
  • Inspects and accurately determines test prints or images.
  • Performs firmware upgrades.
  • Performs final testing to confirm repair results.
  • Accesses and uses diagnostic programs.
  • Performs data entry tasks using available reporting systems.
  • Requirements

  • Must be able to work overtime when needed.
  • Previous electronic repair experience preferred but not required.
  • Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to carry or lift load of 50 pounds.
  • The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $18.00 and $19.00/hr.. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
