Responsible for supporting activities that may include:

  • Develop Safety strategy with Leadership, prepare meetings and coordinate topics for discussion.
  • Regional Focal Point for 5 Safety Dimensions (Culture, Data, Systems, Risk Mitigation, Knowledge).
  • Follow up on assignments from Leadership Meetings, Business Updates, Diagonal Slice Meetings, etc.
  • Responsible for departmental budget and interaction with Finance Controllers.
  • Update monthly statistics report for S&IH KPIs.
  • Consolidate Safety weekly report for GMSA Mfg & Global Safety Leadership.
  • Report the Scorecard for Mfg VP on a monthly basis.
  • Update BPD of the MFG VP.
  • Coordinate regional calendar (travels, meetings, minutes, workshops etc.).
  • Ensure communications flow of the relevant Safety events.
  • Global Safety Week coordination and support.
  • Global visits agenda in the region.
  • Coordinate and lead the S&IH global materials translations.
  • Responsible for regional materials / presentations for global purposes (Safety Stories, SIF Review, Global OneNote).
  • Ensure interaction and alignment with Risk Management team.
  • Control of the S&IH trainings and report status to Leadership.
  • Leverage and encourage Innovation initiatives / OpEx Projects.
  • Additional Description

    Education and/or Training

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Manufacturing / Safety and Industrial Hygiene experience desired.
  • Pacote Office e Power BI.
