· Support the Aftersales business transformation, through the conversion of our data sources into valuable, reliable and timely information, by developing tools, analysis and reports to understand our business performance, and, clients' behaviors in the different business channels.

· Develop and support the Aftersales Business Intelligence strategy, through the development of tools for analyzing the performance of all business lines and the main KPIs: Sell in, Sell out, customer retention, analysis by segment and sales channel, etc. . In order to provide the different teams and leadership with the necessary information to make the best business decisions.

· in charge of the right execution of the Aftersales incentives calculation and payment processes, budget control and compliance with all the requirements, in accordance with the local commercial policies and processes.


Additional Description


  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, Economics, science, or related fields

  • Experience in the preparation and analysis of sales reports, performance and commission (payments)

  • Proficient in the use of technological tools (Excel, Power BI)

  • Minimum intermediate knowledge in English language

  • It will be a diferencial if you have prior business experience (e.g., sales, sales admin, marketing, product management, pricing, operations and/or supply chain, data analytics)
