We are looking for a Sales Executive who wants to be on a journey to accelerate the growth of our business in the academic industry. You will be the first in the position with a great opportunity to shape the role and broaden your skill set.
About the role In this role, you're the first point of contact for customers in the European market with close collaboration with your global peers in sales, marketing, and engineering teams. Here you'll work on generating leads, qualifying leads, profiling customers, conducting outbound sales campaigns, and driving conversations throughout the sales cycle.
Some of your work will be:
Present the Furhat robot at conferences and events within higher education institutions, and research departments in Europe
Source and manage leads, follow by conducting outbound sales campaigns
Qualify leads over emails and/or video calls
Update and maintain customer information within Hubspot
Provide detailed call notes to ensure the opportunity is understood and the next steps are clearly defined
