Reporting to our Head of Distributor Sales, EMEA, the Sales Manager Partners will drive the profitable revenue growth of home robots in directing and guiding our exclusive distributor sales & marketing activities. Your responsibilities will include the following distributor businesses, accounting for almost 50%of net distributor revenue: Nordics and Baltics (Witt), Switzerland(iRobotics), Central Europe (Certus Mercatus), Israel (Kohelet), Balkans (Tilt), Smartpolis (Kazakhstan) and Middle East (ABM).

What You Will Do :

  • Be the principal account contact point to the distributor and iRobot.
  • Direct/guide/report the sales & marketing execution in the markets based on budget and corporate guidelines; maintain close partnerships with the distribution channel partners and sales channel networks.
  • Manage daily the sell-in, sell-out & inventory dynamics to targets levels defined by upper management.
  • Work alongside the Pan European Sales Manager to co-ordinate, from distributor perspective, agreed corporate actions on Pan European Accounts
  • Work alongside the DTC lead, to co-ordinate, from distributor perspective, agreed corporate actions relating to the DTC sales channel.
  • Prepare monthly the internal Flash Report for Distributor markets and gather the information from all markets in a timely manner.
  • Over-achieve quantitative and qualitative sell out targets within your sales territory.
  • Develop, communicate & execute sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Communicating back to the relevant departments key local market needs, regional requirements, change in competition that will allow successful marketing and growth across territory.
  • Conduct first rate market development together with the partners.
  • Partner with peers in sales, finance, operations, marketing, after sale.
  • Working very closely with marketing, construct and negotiate arrangements that preserve & enhance positioning of the iRobot brand in Europe to cement it as a premium brand with corresponding price-point preservation & uplift.
  • Ensure transparent, structured, and concise communication to your management.
  • To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • Several years of experience with European retail channels in the consumer tech' market.
  • Solid knowledge in retail merchandising, retail growth strategies, negotiation, channel execution strategies.
  • Experience managing distributors sales & marketing execution.
  • Entrepreneurial, passionate and an experienced European retail sales professional with a demonstrable record of driving profitable revenue growth in the high-tech consumer space.
  • Technology and consumer robotic savvy.
  • Travel required 2-3 times per quarter.
  • Established track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue ad P&L profitability goals.
  • Customer focused with high integrity.
