Introduction

We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Administration to join Iberia's Supply Chain team. In this new role, the Sr. Sales Administration will be responsible for coordinating and liaising with all the internal stakeholders such as Sales Team, Finance, Ops Team, IT, etc., and our customers, leading retailers in Spain and Portugal.

The Sales Ops Administration has responsibility for all aspects of the

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation in terms customer fulfilment, sales order management mainly.
  • Take care of our customers regarding availability, price, and deliveries. We Put Customer/Consumer First.
  • Be a supportive role between Sales, Finance and Supply Areas. This role must coordinate the customer requests and fulfil the expectations managing internal factors.
  • Coordinate the customer logistics requirements with our 3PL coordinators, reporting and coordinating with them the outbound orders.
  • Coordinate and raise processes improvements to enhance efficiencies and better service.
  • Control and reporting for Internal Auditors
  • Background

  • At least two- or three-years' experience, ideally good background with Spanish/Iberia retailers (FMCG) 2-3 years of experience
  • EDI background to integrate in our ERP EDI messages such as orders, invoices, credit notes.
  • Knowledge in Service Metrics for logistics purpose as OTD, FR, ST and others service fulfillment metrics.
  • SOX's Controls to be audited in terms of Sales' Ops Scope (pricing, SOs management, etc.).

  • Qualifications

  • Business Administration degree or related field.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and well-versed in dealing with an ERP system.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and Business English.
