Epson is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven analyst to join our B2B Lead Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing actionable insights and recommendations to support marketing initiatives and understand lead value and ROI to drive business growth. In this newly created role, the ideal candidate will have capacity for deep understanding of marketing data and the ability to apply statistical methods and data analysis tools to derive insights from complex datasets. They will also be responsible for communicating insights and learnings with both technical and non-technical audiences. This position will be based out of our Los Alamitos, CA office with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule. At Epson, our hybrid schedule is only 6 days per month.
Principal Accountabilities In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Insights & Analysis • Analyzes marketing data using DOMO, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, to provide customer insights to support data-driven business decisions • Regularly monitors progression of leads as they move from initial lead capture through the funnel and recommends changes to lead generation activity based on data and performance • Assists with transforming raw analytics data into actionable insight/opportunities for business stakeholders to help improve lead quality and inform lead generation strategies • Provides data-driven insights on the complete customer lifecycle, identifying points of friction and have a voice in recommended solutions
Reporting • Creates regular metrics and campaign performance updates and reports to management and business unit stakeholders that simplify complex data into easily understood stories • Develops, produces, and oversees the creation of regular, standard lead analytics reporting via Salesforce, PowerBI and DOMO • Leverages formal dashboarding and reporting tools to effectively share insights and data
Technical • Data blending, modeling and visualization in Power BI and DOMO • Assists with MarTech stack to ensure Adobe, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Pardot, LeanData, and other data partner integrations are in place to maintain data integrity • Assists in overseeing tagging and data structure initiatives to maximize consumer data collection and data sharing for the business
What You Will Bring • At least four years of professional experience (or equivalent) involving data mining, analysis, and reporting • Working knowledge of statistical concepts that impact the accuracy of data analysis (for example: significance testing, sampling methodologies, and using sample weights) • Familiarity with complex sales processes and distribution models • Exposure or experience working on or with Sales teams a plus • Proficient with SQL and familiarity with other programming languages a plus • Extreme attention to detail and a passion for using data to inform and influence • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to effectively convey complex and data-related concepts to a variety of technical and non- technical audiences • High degree of flexibility and maturity, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with others at varying levels of seniority within and outside the organization • Must be a self-starter, curious by nature, and willing to help define the marketing analytics discipline within Epson
The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $85,890 and $118,098. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
