Job Description
Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Disaster Recovery Lead to act as a
primary contact within the Global Cybersecurity Organization. Reporting to the
Director ty of IT Global Cybersecurity Programs, the BCM will maintain
business and BCM requirements, documenting technical solutions, coordinating
with enterprise cybersecurity, and ensuring timelines and decisions are made
swiftly. The BCM advocates cybersecurity requirements with the business,
maintains understanding, and assesses delivery of all requirements. We are
looking for the ability to be proficient at managing a globally dispersed
team.
Main Responsibilities
The Disaster Recovery manager provides overall governance and hands-on
support to teams in the development of business unit recovery plans and BC
related documents, using existing efforts and best practices.
Responsibilities
Develop procedures that provide strategic recovery governance, direction
and oversight
Conduct and maintain business impact assessments (BIA)
Provide guidance to and manage the efforts of team members in the
development of recovery procedures for the restoration of important
corporate resources and for the resumption of critical business processes
of the organization
Establish business recovery testing methodologies, schedules and plans
Facilitate Disaster Recovery exercises via tabletop exercises to test the
effectiveness of Disaster Recovery plans and identify gaps
Train Disaster Recovery SMEs to prepare them for their expected tasks to
ensure recoverability of business processes and supporting services for
their business units
Partner and collaborate with IT disaster recovery team to ensure agreement
for IT DR and BCM for recovery, testing and documentation of critical
applications
Prepare presentations/reports for BCM Steering Committee
Collaborate with Crisis Management, Physical Security teams and other
business units to progress the BCM program
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field,
Typically requires a minimum of 12+ years' experience working in Disaster
Recovery /disaster recovery
Disaster Recovery Industry Certification(s) from DRII (CBCP or MBCP)
Experience providing guidance on emergency response, crisis management,
disaster recovery and business resumption planning.
Working knowledge of Disaster Recovery management software and
mass/emergency notification tools
Motivated, enthusiastic and conscientious
Experience creating process documentation
Experience with cyber technology integrations
Demonstrated experience with data analysis, documentation and reporting
Familiarity computer networking concepts and protocols; industry-standard
and organizationally accepted analysis principles and methods; and network
security methodologies
Knowledge of the corporate cybersecurity threat landscape, cyber threats
and vulnerabilities, system and application security threats
Familiarity with cloud structure and security monitoring capabilities for
Azure and O365
Certifications in CISSP/CISM/CRISC/PMP/COBIT/TOGAF.
Leadership when facing unique challenges encountered to work with
individuals in diverse cultures and business environments.
Meeting and facilitation skills.
