• Working knowledge in Technomatic Process Simulate, Teamcenter, MS Office applications • Working knowledge of GA Shop processes, Equipment & material handling systems. • Basic knowledge of PLM Structures, Methodology & interface with manufacturing. • Good understanding of the GVDP, GLP, Quality Chain, DFMEA-PFMEA. • Good knowledge on Project Management methodologies. • Sound knowledge of OpEx tools, Six sigma and Red X methodologies. • Sound knowledge on GM-GMS Principles and Workplace safety systems.
• Experienced in working with multiple interfaces to deliver the results. • Basic Data analysis and research to implement process improvement opportunities. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Good Problem solving & analytical skills. • Basic coding skills on process automation and business intelligence tools (C/C++, Java, VB script, Python, Power BI etc.,)
• Work with intercultural & multi-disciplinary teams to achieve enterprise goals. • Handle multiple assignments simultaneously. • Good work ethic and strong sense of ownership of end result. • High level of integrity, ability to deal with ambiguity, takes initiative/self-directed.
