Epson, a $10B global leader in high-quality consumer electronics, imaging, and point of sale printing devices, is seeking an exceptional Sr. Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. You will be respnsible for first-line employee relations issues, employee requests, and participate in various HR- related projects and tasks. Join a high-energy team with a strong manager coach that will support you to flourish and succeed! This position will be based out of our Plainfield, Indiana office.

Principal Accountabilities In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • As an expert in Epson's policies and procedures, provides guidance to employees and managers regarding work-related problems and employee relations issues and escalates to HR Manager as necessary
  • Completes all transactional processes to ensure all employee actions are completed timely and accurately
  • Escalates work-related problems and employee relations issues to HR Manager
  • Provides analysis of current practices and suggestions for improvement when necessary for any of the above areas of responsibilities
  • Under limited supervision, supports the business in one, or more, of the following human resources related responsibilities:
  • Benefits and benefit administration
  • Leave of absence administration
  • Compensation
  • HRIS
  • Onboarding & Orientation
  • Relocation
  • Training
  • Terminations
  • Worker's compensation
  • Safety/OSHA
  • Performance management
  • Human Resources related projects
  • Other tasks under the Human Resources scope
  • Qualifications

  • Requires previous experience in a Human Resources role (2+ years)
  • Completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent (B.A. or B.S.)
  • Background in employee relations strongly preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
  • The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $68,916 and $94,760. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
