Job Description

Position Overview:

As the Senior Manager, AI & Business Intelligence at Rockwell, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of business intelligence. Lead a dynamic team, formulate innovative strategies, and drive the implementation of cutting-edge AI and ML-based tools for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to advance the Finance AI and BI landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective communication, prioritization, and implementation of best practices.
  • Oversee predictive models, data pipelines, and analytics workflows.
  • Transition from traditional reporting to advanced predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize BI solutions, ensuring data accuracy and providing ongoing education.
  • Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and organizational management skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and Data Lake/Markt Software products.
  • Proven experience in building executive-level dashboards and visualizations.
  • MBA or master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, BI, or Data Science.
  • Leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in analytics programming languages (SQL, Python).
  • Familiarity with modern BI toolsets (MS PowerBi, Tableau, Qlikview, Alteryx).
  • Experience with emerging technologies/data models (GEN AI, Machine Learning).
  • Strong problem-solving, programming, and project management skills.
