This position is to be the Subject Matter Expert for Material Returns and Future Projects, including EV /Lithium Ion Strategy, Business Case Development and Technical Support. Assists in ensuring success of departmental function overseeing consignment suppliers. Leads and solves problems within the limits of general standards and practices, with some direct guidance from a General Supervisor.

Responsible for Material Return Reports
Application Lines All Facilities -Volume and Package Recovery
Non Rim Dealer Reserve Planning
Change and Maintenance of Policies and Procedures Manual for Return Process
Assist with problem resolution with Return System, PASE, Retail Inventory Management (RIM) systems
Provides Ad Hoc reports (access data base knowledge required) as required
Ability to understand and assess complex supply consignment issues and work in a cross functional environment to successfully solve issues
Ability to understand various parameters required to launch a new program
Demonstrates expertise in knowledge of the processes required to perform, and ensures they are effectively performing job responsibilities applying standardized methods
Motivates business partners through effective communication, training, coaching, development, and recognition
Achieves Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost key performance indicators

Understands and consistently administers company policies
Completes administrative tasks and maintain departmental records and reports
Support Workplace of Choice initiatives
Lead performance and metrics of consignment facilities.
Ensure inventory reporting accuracy with system and manual audits
Lead all aspects of all ORM activities for assigned Consignment sites
Conduct quarterly ORM site audits and responsible for maintaining the ORM document
PPOM (Parts Plant Operating Manual) review of audit items and explanations as required to support Consignment BPD (Business Plan Deployment) coordinator: update the quality data to the BPD and request countermeasures for sites under your responsibility.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Equivalent relevant experience
Supply Chain Experience
Project Management Experience
1-2 years of experience working in Warehouse Operations
Minimum of 3 years experience with GM systems (IMS / WMS) (Required)
Data Analysis Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Access (Required)
Experience with Power BI (Preferred)
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
Ability to interact and influence cross functionally
Ability to coordinate and deliver results
Strong business acumen
High level of oral and written communication skills
High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult
Ability to communicate with people in various levels within and outside of GM
Must be willing to travel 25-30% Domestically at our Consignments Suppliers within US
