Epson, a $10B global leader in high-quality consumer electronics, imaging, and point of sale printing devices, is seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Planning Analyst- Sales Compensation to join our Sales Compensation and Sales Operations team. You will be responsible for assisting with the implementation and management of the sales compensation plan to motivate Epson's sales force to achieve sales goals, providing recommendations on quota methodology, and providing on-going reporting and analysis of key factors impacting sales compensation plans.
This position will be based out of Epson America's headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA with a hybrid schedule. At Epson, our hybrid schedule is only 6 days per month.

What you will bring:
The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $78,081 and $117,122. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
