You will lead aspects of transformation and operations, at the business unit level and globally. You work largely within existing partnerships and networks to deliver pre-defined business objectives, while formally managing a team. Your role may also require working within an influence model.

Knowledge / Qualification :

  • College education degree (Complete) Mandatory
  • Solid experience working at Shared Service Center- Mandatory
  • Language skill: Fluent in English (Mandatory)/ Fluent in Spanish ( Mandatory)
  • Proficiency in MS Office – advanced are mandatory
  • Power BI (as well as Share Point) is desirable
  • Competencies :

  • End to End process Management (process optimization, workflow development and management)
  • Investigative problem solving
  • KPI and Results management ( Act on preventive and reactive way in order to delivery/ overcome the expected results)
  • Strategic planning & Organization Skill; (planned the upcoming volume, contingency and volumes management overseeing the different outcome)
  • Persuasive Communication Skills- internally and with the stakeholder.
  • Political Savvy -Adaptability and crises Management;
  • Resource Management (Capacity plan )
  • Autonomy- Self-starter / Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • High influential skill (indirect leadership)
  • Composure - Ability to work under pressure;
  • Costumer Orientation - address complex queries to final resolution;
  • Stakeholder Management – Foster a health relationship
  • Hight Analytical Thinking / attention to detail;
  • Negotiation ( Ability to evaluate different perspective and discuss in a influential way the best method to accomplish it ).
