Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will learn the functions of the AiP manufacturing process by serving as a production supervisor to learn the processes along with day- to-day operations. Primary function will be to provide leadership and supervision to manufacturing associates on the Shift Leader's specified shift; work with the logistics, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure daily production schedules are met with safety and quality focus; and support system and point CIP improvement projects.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of an Associate Degree and/or 5 years supervision of manufacturing associates with disciplinary authority. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Science preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Strong communication skills are required. Use of planning tools and ability to set up queries as needed to provide specific data for comparison purposes. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, individuals, managers and customers in a professional manner.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply to manufacturing data. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, ratios, percentages and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems by use of collection of data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions through the use standard problem solving tools.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must be able to effectively use Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
