In this role, you will be responsible for all things iRobot social media. You will set and achieve growth goals on all social media accounts for the Brand in Germany. We are searching for a dynamic, uber-creative and passionate social media specialist to drive the management of our content across all owned social platforms and interact regularly with our community. This person will report to the Marketing Manager Germany & Austria and aligning with the Digital Media & Communications Manager Germany to develop content regularly, measure, track and analyze KPIs and bring our unique iRobot brand voice to life.

Full time permanent position based in Hamburg (Germany).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community management across all owned channels; working very closely with Customer Service team to address product and/or customer concerns that come through via social channels.

  • Work supportive and closely with global Senior Social Manager, Digital Media & Communications Manager Germany and an established social agency (based in UK) to develop content, manage content calendar and push out content regularly.

  • Creating monthly Social Listening Reporting (competition), managing social calendars and serve as hub of information to ensure all parties are aware of upcoming social activities.

  • Manage and oversee all content (creating monthly content plans), engagement and monitoring for main iRobot social platforms locally (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and You Tube); responsible for connecting external users and internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis with Digital Media & Communications Manager DE

  • Create content that blends culture, humor, education, and community into each respective platform alongside local agencies and creative teams

  • Support in creating a robust and engaging influencer program navigating both macro and micro trends for Germany with local Digital Media & Communications Manager (includes influencer acquisition, too).

  • Assist global Senior Social Manager, external agency, and Digital Media & Communications Manager DE in creating and executing social strategy, tracking and monitoring KPIs in real time to adjust strategies & tactics and ensure content development in line with local requirements.

  • Responsible for monitoring, publishing, moderation and engagement of iRobot customer reviews. Covering both www. irobot.de and off-site across 3rd party review platforms. E.g. Mediamarkt, Saturn, Facebook, Google and The Insiders.

  • Qualifications:

  • Good experience of driving social media strategy and content and knowledge about Influencer Acquisition either agency, client, or individual influencer experience.

  • Languages; German mandatory ; Mother Tongue Native Speaker, English; fluent written and spoken.

  • Community management experience a must

  • Experience creating and driving content creation that bring our brand voice to life

  • Experience managing an extensive content calendar for each platform for the German market

  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Sales Force Social Studio extremely preferred not essential

  • Results-driven with the ability to analyze data and deduce implications for social and engagement strategies with local Digital Communications & Media Manager

  • Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop is a plus

  • Quick-thinking, creative, hands-on, stress-tolerant, problem-solver.

  • Experience in managing all social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and You Tube.

  • Excellent communications skills; both written and verbal.

  • Self-starter, results oriented, positive and proactive, solution focused approach.
