In this role, you will be responsible for all things iRobot social media. You will set and achieve growth goals on all social media accounts for the Brand. You will manage and engage with our large group of very loyal iRobot followers while pursuing and creating connections with new ones. You will have the incredible opportunity to translate our powerful brand message to all consumer touchpoints, reporting to the FRBX Marketing Director, who will help drive strategy. You will use your skills to build and grow our numbers around the interests of our customers -- while making them feel unique. This role is also responsible for creating paid influencer campaigns with the support of local agencies.
You will be the lead manager of strategic brand social campaigns, collaborating with our local agency and being their main point of contact locally. Your responsibilities will include the creation and implementation of a local social strategy, the management of our relationship with the agency, the management of our social media budget.
You are a creator, and influence driver, an expert in what consumers want from a brand across social platforms and are ready to drive new ideas and growth for iRobot.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy:
Utilize your keen sense of culture to determine where iRobot should engage and how the brand shows up while staying true to brand values
Create robust and engaging influencer strategies navigating both macro and micro trends
Identify opportunities to build Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube as well as maintain presence on Facebook.
Track and monitor KPIs in real time to adjust or pivot strategies, tactics and content development as needed: synthesize analytics to inspire new ideas
Identify iRobot's key point of differentiation on social channels and leverage our brand and product attributes to win
Community management across all owned channels; working very closely with Customer Service team to address product and/or customer concerns that come through via social channels.
Creating monthly Social Listening Reporting (competition), managing social calendars and serve as hub of information to ensure all parties are aware of upcoming social activities.
Coordination of monthly budget and adjusting along the year, with strategic approach in collaboration with agencies and hub team.
Content Creation:
Be the daily voice of iRobot and carry the brand personality into relevant and timely cultural conversations on social media
Create content that blends culture, humor, education, and community into each respective platform alongside local agencies and creative teams = manage local social calendar in line with local requirements and local best practices
Curate beautiful and engaging platform integration across IG, FB, TikTok, Twiter, that represents iRobot and what we stand for
Track, analyse and share KPI reports with relevant teams to optimize content performance and audience growth
Customer Support:
Aggregate comments, questions, and concerns across all public channels to feed back to the business
Work hand-in-hand with our customer service team to ensure issues, feedback and questions are fully resolved. Use this insight to deliver what our customers want
Responsible for monitoring, publishing, moderation and engagement of iRobot customer reviews. Covering both www. irobot.fr and iRobot.be (French version of the website) and off-site across 3rd party review platforms. E.g. Fnac Darty, Boulanger,…- including paid reviews programs with The Insiders, Aviquali and Stars & Stories…
