Role Summary:

In this role you will:

  • Lead in developing and maturing customer experience capabilities in the B2B Commerce space with a lens of addressing outside-in as well as inside- out business needs.
  • Collaborate and shape business case & charter with business stakeholders driving clarity on scope and business requirements.
  • Define the needed business cases with our project team and process owner, defining business outcomes, including current baseline and future target metrics, such as leading and lagging indicators, and linking to strategic key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide analysis on key business drivers and metrics using the latest analytics & visualization technology.
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
  • Work with execution teams (in collaboration with the product owners and technical leaders) to communicate business needs in the form of clear personas, use cases and business requirements.
  • Work in an Agile environment where you lead and facilitate Scrum Ceremonies and relevant meetings as well as be expected to define User Stories and Sprint Goals, manage dependencies on other teams, and Backlog grooming and refinement.
  • Facilitate user input workshops, wireframing and rapid prototyping.
  • Manage activities in preparing our team for Program Increments (PI) Planning sessions.
  • Serve as a conduit between the developers and the product owners to drive clarity on " the what/need.”
  • Serve as a stage gate to review outcomes match business needs before turning over to business stakeholders for verification and acceptance.
  • Map current & future state processes, process gaps, data flow diagrams, etc. in support of transformation
  • Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business areas to supports several moderately complex business processes.
  • Be responsible for training and support documentation, as well as business readiness & service transition.
  • Provides consultative support in financial management, organizational change, vendor management, and operational excellence to transformation initiatives.
  • Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and related experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 plus years of experience with Business analysis, Process Improvement and data management experience
  • 5 plus years of experience with driving business solutions in B2B and B2C space
  • 3 plus years of experience with Agile development and SCRUM/SAFE methodologies.
  • Experience with persona and use case driven requirements gathering.
  • Experience with current and future state end-to-end business process analysis and design.
  • Experience with working effectively with core team members that are remote based.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead planning and cross functional discussions to drive requirements clarity and decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in working Atlassian's Confluence, Jira a plus.
  • Knowledge of ADOBE Experience Manager a plus but not required.
  • Self-starter and possesses flexibility to work in a fast-paced & fast- changing environment and ambiguous situations, with ability to succeed amidst ambiguity
  • Applies in-depth professional knowledge and understanding to technical or business problem solving
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to distill information from disparate data sources and the capability to tell the story behind it, as well as recommendations for next steps.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements
  • Comfortable leading change in areas outside of subject matter expertise, and builds the ability in others
  • Ability to manage priorities, ambiguity and data to find and execute improvement opportunities to drive strategic goals.

  • Collaborate within various IT, business capability teams and business stakeholders to achieve maximum business value
  • Accepts additional challenges and tasks that will help grow in this role and prepare for future roles
  • Works on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader. May coach more junior staff.
  • The base salary compensation range for this role is $106,400.00 – $127,680.00 USD with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Our company benefits can be found at raquickfind.com
