Job Description Summary
As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will work directly with the Director of
Total Rewards and be responsible for supporting compensation initiatives and
programs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in administering iRobot's
base salary, bonus, and equity programs. We are looking for a candidate who is
strong analytically and is detailed oriented. The role will interface closely
with the HR Delivery and Talent Acquisition teams while providing hands on
support to the Director of Total Rewards in all areas of compensation.
This will be a 6 month contract with the opportunity to go perm.
What You Will Do:
Support the Director of Total Rewards on a variety of projects including
program design, analysis, budgeting, & implementation of new programs.
Manage our salary survey submission process, including data submission to
the survey houses.
Participate in ad-hoc compensation surveys and provide insights into the
survey findings to key stakeholders.
Manage salary structure creation and maintenance.
Assist in the ongoing management and deployment of iRobot's job structure
including the review and creation of new jobs.
Administer the ongoing maintenance and creation of Job Families, Job
Profiles and Compensation Grade Profiles within Workday, including
providing guidance to HR and the business.
Serve as the analytical point of contact for programs such as compensation
reviews, market analysis, and special projects.
Serve as lead in preparing data for proxy, pay equity analysis, and other
key program areas.
Partner with the global HR Business Partner team in support of
compensation related matters, including our annual compensation
process/programs, along with a variety of special compensation projects as
needed.
Work closely with our talent acquisition team in supporting our recruiting
efforts, including guidance and support on offers.
Work closely with the HR technology team to support the integrity of our
compensation plans and data.
Consult with HR Business Partners and management on job evaluations using
market data and internal data and evaluations.
Work with the Compensation Team and Legal to ensure compliance with all
compensation regulatory requirements including the Fair Labor Standards
Act (FLSA) and pay equity laws.
To Be Successful You Will Have:
A Bachelor's degree is required, with 5+ years' experience in compensation
or a related field preferred. CCP certification preferred.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; pivot tables, and complex
functions. Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and
analyze data.
In-depth understanding of regulations and requirements under FLSA, multi-
state pay equity laws, and other areas of compensation compliance.
Experience supporting compensation systems and reporting tools. Workday
experience a plus.
Experience using Radford survey, a plus.
Highly detail driven with emphasis on accuracy
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient with compensation research and data analysis.

well as being a strong team player.
