Job Description
Summary
The Sr. Director of Global Transformation will partner with the various
corporate and business functions across AV in development and execution of
organizational optimization initiatives through use of analytics, technology,
and optimization opportunities.
The position will initially be deployed as part of DBT business application
organization reporting to VP of DBT Business Application
Position Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic chief of staff to all AV leaders
Establish the new transformation organization and manage introduction of
it across all AV functions
Translate leadership strategic objectives and vision into a series of
actionable program roadmaps to be prioritized on an ongoing basis for
execution through completion.
Evaluate and plan strategic business objectives into a series of roadmaps
In partnership with business, develop the business process architecture
and identify opportunities to transform operations through job-
reengineering, process optimization, and technology
Oversee special projects through project management discipline
Drive technology footprint simplification through rollout strategies
Work with technology leadership on change management initiatives
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
Business management experience leading transformation and optimization
efforts across large organizations
Experience in business process architectures and developing respective
roadmaps
Strong knowledge of enterprise applications services
Prior experience leading organizational transformations and designing
modern business process capabilities
Excellent leadership abilities and management skills with a proven record
of strategic planning, productivity, and process improvement, change
management, and budget and resource management
Excellent relationship-building, communication skills, and negotiation
skills. The ability to get things done via influence vs. authority is
paramount
Able to operate at an enterprise level, using creative and innovative
solutions with a relentless focus on customer experience
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
The ability to model and create an environment of accountability for
outcome-based objectives.
Self-starter attitude and track record seamlessly executing quickly on
complex projects with minimal guidance
Experience with Agile and LEAN in an Information Technology environment
Possess solid project management skills, can set and manage expectations
Experience
MBA required
15+ years of IT experience, including demonstrated success working as a
member of a team in a senior leadership role
5+ year cross functional experience
10+ years managing a multi-function, multi-level organization
Experience in high-growth organizations
10+ years experience and proven track record in Business Transformation
10+ years experience working with Information and Systems, primarily
Oracle, WorkDay centric, and overseeing, project management, change
management, and right sourcing organizations.
10+ years of Software and Application Development experience in a
leadership role with a proven track record of developing enterprise grade
business process roadmaps and supporting technologies
7+ years of experience developing strategic enterprise global roadmaps and
implementations
5+ years of work within complex manufacturing and high-technology business
processes and deep understanding or ERP & CRM business flows
Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Reporting
Other Qualifications & Desired Competencies
Advanced Degree a plus
Experience in Aerospace and Defense industries in a plus
Ability to communicate effectively with Executives, business stakeholders
and key technology partners
The ability to motivate, inspire, counsel, and facilitate individuals and
teams to take responsibility and accountability for goals
A blend of business, technical, financial, analytical, and communication
skills
Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Excellent critical/structured analysis, strategic planning, and project

U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) required,

Occasionally may be required to travel within the Continental U.S or
international.
The salary range for this role is:
$182,874 - $274,310
