Yaskawa is searching for a Sr. Human Resources Generalist based in our US Headquarters Location. This position is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in office. The Sr. HR Generalist will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources within a business unit comprised of engineering, sales and shared services teams based in IL, CA and remote locations. This position will support all facets of HR including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, associate relations, organization design and development, performance management, policy development and implementation, and employment law compliance. In addition to business unit HR support, the Sr.HR Generalist will work on organization wide projects such as compensation program design, organizational development and HR technology upgrades.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, industrial relations or related field and have 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources in a primarily professional (engineering preferred) organization. Experience with Ultipro/UKG Human Capital Management is ideal but not required. The perfect candidate will have a proven record of approachability, confidentiality, and ability to problem solve in complex situations with a strong understanding of business operations.
