Introduction
The Sr. Logistics Analyst will work together with the Distribution and
Transportation teams to oversee the day-to-day movement of goods and
management of inventory within the four 3PL warehouses for the America's
region. This role includes the collection of data, review of procedures and
suggestions for improvement, alongside frequent communication with our
commercial (sales) team, the operations team and the 3PL directly to ensure
maximum customer satisfaction and cost reduction. This role will analyze,
identify root causes and review our operations processes. The Sr. Logistics
Analyst will report to Sr. Director, Supply Chain Operations. This position is
remote.
Responsibilities:
Working with 3PL partners, manage day-to-day order flow and operational
inquiries for warehouse locations servicing retail, ecommerce & customers.
Ensure warehouses within the Americas region are adhering to retailer
guidelines to minimize chargeback spend.
Complete inventory management and cycle counts according to SOX compliance
and needed checks with warehouse.
Assist in the coordination of warehouse related projects, rework, and flow
of goods; working cross functionally to ensure on time and on budget
completion.
Encourage and advocate for consistency and use of Standard Operating
Procedures, both internally and externally.
Ability to understand physical product flow and corresponding data flow to
identify any systems vs operational related issues.
Identify root cause and areas for process improvement and cost savings to
drive improved service and efficiency.
Support KPI measurement and analysis in all areas of warehousing and
customer compliance.
Other tasks and assignments that is deemed necessary by logistics team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, systems engineering, supply chain
management, or related field
3-5 years' work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, or
related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with consumer products and large retailer portals
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
ERP, WMS system experience. Oracle and Tableau experience a plus
HazMat Certification a plus but not required
Travel up to 20%
