KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Aftersales Product Marketing Team on:
Manage the development & expansion of the ACDelco product lines.
Define price positioning for each product line (GM Genuine and ACDelco brands) to ensure its competitiveness in the aftermarket against major competitors.
Balance competitiveness and expected financial results (P&L targets)
Definition and Implementation of a Price Plan for each market
Improve relationship with key areas (Commercial, Finance, Purchase, etc.) to better align internal processes and gain speed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Proven previous experience on automotive aftermarket segment
Finance background – Price Build Up concept / P&L knowledge
Proficiency in English
Spanish is desirable
MBA or Post Grade on Marketing is desirable
Knowledge of Brazilian car parc (brands, models, etc.)
Knowledge of Aftermarket segment (parts suppliers, parts brands, parts distribution channels, etc.)
Initiative and good interpersonal relationship
