This role will be part of the distribution channel strategy development and authorization process for all ELIP (Electrification Business, Installation Products) distributors and is face to the industry for major commercial and channel events for ELIP products. This role is responsible to both develop, establish and drive an effective sales and sales support organization in terms of selling strategy, sales processes, sales planning, and tools for executing actions and monitoring results. Manage US sales team to meet its volume growth (balanced selling), price quality (product margin), cost and customer satisfaction objectives. The role monitors sales, margin, and mix at district level to ensure ELIP maintains or increases market share. On balance, the M&S ELIP US leader will be responsible for over a $1.5B regional business.This position reports to
