Introduction
Work as part of the Global Information Services, Service Operations team interfacing with iRobot employees to provide IT technical support. This role will include but not be limited to imaging/building laptops and servers with Windows, MacOS and Linux, deploying laptops to end users, providing end user support on technical issues and needs, interfacing with numerous IT applications providing workflow and tracking support, asset management and open work order statuses.
This is a full-time internship from May-August in our Bedford, MA office. Students must have the ability to commute on a daily basis.
