Job Description

Major Duties :

Identifying training needs and headcount requirements for specific processes

Manage the Daily Assign System within the Work Station Training Database

Coordinate Training for Primary Training Operator and Trainee(s) across all shifts

Create/Update and coordinate On-The-Job Training Plans for Associate(s)

Create/Maintain Department Specific Skills (DSS) for each associate per station and/or process

Develop Primary Training Operators & Training Material for Departments

Support of Systems Audits (Safety, Quality)

Maintain and monitor training matrix for each operator to effectively communicate department training to GL's & HRL

Attend Daily Management Meeting and follow up on training deviations across all shifts

Perform internal department quality systems audits

Effective communication skills (oral and written).

Proven competency with advanced problem-solving skills while balancing multiple priorities and stressful situations.

Able to demonstrate math competency, ongoing personal growth and skill development

Exemplary work and attendance record at the current career band level with no warnings within the last 3 months.

Able to make decisions within standard guidelines and per the direction of the OL/GL while also possessing the ability to take risk within defined parameters.


Must have a flexible schedule to do auditing and training on off-shifts.

Strong Interpersonal skills and must work independently with little or no direction

Above average computer skills required (evidence of skill level required for consideration)

You will be locked in this job for 2 years

Must be recommended by the current GL (complete and forward Job Bid Approval Form)

Must possess proficient computer skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Must have destructive testing knowledge (Operate bandsaw, pull tester)

Must be able to operate ETB-G1 production line.

Must be able to complete and maintain safety PMs within the department.

Must be able to create POs, complete Maverick Buys, and Miscellaneous Shippers

Must be able to edit consumable vending system (SupplyPro)

Must be able to operate manual pallet jack.

Must be able to enter Safety Audit Findings in Super OPL

Additional Information

Preferred (but not required):

Experience in MOE1, TC, and PSO role
