We at Volocopter are the pioneers of electric air taxis, i.e. aircraft that
take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring urban air mobility to life,
by getting air taxis and drones off the gorund in a way that complements
current transportation options in megacities across the globe. Our aim is to
offer affordable on-demand air taxi services that fly people to their
destination quickly and safely. In 2011 we performed the first-ever piloted
flight of a purely electric multicopter and have since showcased numerous
public flights with our full-scale VoloCity aircrafts (www. volocopter.com).

We are a growing team of People & Organization (P&O) enthusiasts dedicated
to building the world's best workplace for urban air mobility pioneers. You
will be surrounded by helpful and open P&O colleagues from a truly
multicultural group with strong collaboration - who love what they do and have
fun along the way.
Your mission during this flight:
Leadership: You provide functional and disciplinary guidance, structure
and motivation to the P&O Specialist team.
People Experience: You provide optimal People Experience along the
employee lifecycle.
Process Execution: You ensure compliant process execution along the
employee lifecycle.
Process Optimization: You ensure efficient processes through process
definition and improvement of existing processes.
Data Quality: You ensure optimal data quality in HRIS, maintain and
improve HRIS in collaboration with system experts.
Check in your professional skills:
Bachelor degree in HR related field or vocational training with further
education.
Minimum of 5 years in operational people management and 1-2 years of
experience in a people leadership, coordinating, training, project
management or similar people focused position.
Deep operational experience with at least one HRIS and high system
affinity.
Profound knowledge of common operational people processes (including
documents) based on German regulations (further countries would be a
plus).
Solid knowledge of social security, tax and operational labor law
regulations.
Basic understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
Experience in designing and optimizing operational HR processes and
respective template / document creation.
English: B2 and German: C1.
Willingness to occasionally travel within Germany.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in global mobility and/or employing foreigners is beneficial.
