Working towards our vision gives us endless opportunities to learn, grow, innovate, and solve problems together as we bring our technology to companies of all sizes all over the world.

You will become part of a high-performance team, which is jointly responsible for developing mechanical designs in close collaboration with software and electronics. You will be part of the e-Series Team within the R&D Department – in a job that requires accommodating behavior and an out-going and positive personality.

Your primary assignments:

  • 2D and 3D design in Solid Works of all the mechanical robot parts (plastics, metal parts, cables etc.)
  • Product maturing and internal product support, including implementation of changes
  • Preparation and maintenance of drawings for production and suppliers
  • Quality assessment
  • We are driven by honesty and act with integrity - #WhoAreU

We picture you to have a background as technical assistant or technical designer with mechanical knowledge with at least 3-5 years of experience from a similar position. It is key to us that your experience and intelligence enable you to develop and provide results that work the first time. You write and speak English fluently.

Being part of Universal Robots and the e-Series Team requires you to be:

  • Motivated by solving complex challenges in a hectic working environment
  • Accommodating and outgoing
  • Development- and result oriented with a performance driven approach
  • Having a great overview with good coordination skills
  • You are strong in technical drawings standards and the use of GPS- measurements
  • Knowledge in working with Axapta and Teamcenter will be a clear advantage
  • We expect you to be flexible and a fast-learner as our set-up is continuously evolving. You are excited about development and results and you have an analytical approach to your work. You are structured and know how to work independently, as well as part of a team. You thrive in a busy working environment and like solving complex tasks.
