About the role:
We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Technical Trainer to join Skydio's training efforts for our Commercial, Public Safety and Education, and Global Government customers. You will be the tip of the spear for successful customer adoption of Skydio's technology by delivering and assisting in planning, building, and leading hardware and software training. A successful candidate for this role will understand the customer's requirements, Skydio's specifications, and tailor training to meet their needs within budget. Additionally, you must be comfortable operating in an agile environment and using expert organizational skills to manage multiple training events for products in different phases of development. This role reports to the Technical Training Manager and will work closely with our Director of Training, Product, Engineering, and Sales functions to deliver industry- leading autonomous solutions on schedule.

Compensation Range: The annual base salary range for this position is $93,000 - $110,000. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. In addition to base salary, Skydio full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our benefit plans and take advantage of a variety of incentives and stipends.
For some positions the pay may be dependent upon the individual's regional location.
