Job Description

Main activities:

  • Support and create conditions for business stakeholders in Latin America related to LFR (Legal, Fiscal and Regulatory Compliance) Agile Scrum Methodology, KanBan and tools (JIRA, Trello and Planner)
  • Provide technical expertise in identifying solutions and assessment requirements to be implemented
  • Focus on continuous improvement of processes and technology, using value stream mapping. Provides training and support documentation, as well as business preparation and service transition.
  • Collaborate and shape implementation requirements with business stakeholders in Latin America related to LFR (Legal, Fiscal and Regulatory Compliance) and SaaS, using the Agile Methodology Scrum, KanBan and tools (JIRA, Trello and Planner)
  • Responsible to define the needed business cases with internal team and process owner, defining business outcomes, including current baseline and future target metrics, such as leading indicator and linking to strategic KPIs.
  • Work with data analysis and information to solve business issues, providing opportunities for continuous improvements of processes and technology, using value stream mapping. Provide training and support documentation, as well as business readiness and service transition.
  • Responsible to prevent (by monitoring), analyze and solve incidents in SAP production (Emergency requests, such as RTC server and connectivity issues, stop at the invoice monitors, order structure and master data information)
  • Requirements:

  • Experience in inbound and outbound and familiarity with country locations (tax assessment) in Latin America and electronic invoicing, mainly DANFE, Electronic Invoice SEFAZ;
  • Experience working on various application platforms, i.e. SAP ECC SD/MM (Sales and Distribution Modules and/or Materials Management), SAP TAX- BRA, SAP-NFE, SOVOS, Microsoft, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of the Tax area applied to calculation systems such as Mastersaf and/ or revenue-related knowledge of other countries in Latin America (AFIP, DIAN, SRI, SUNAT, SAT) are a differential.
