  • Atender os requisitos e normas do WSS;
  • Atender os requisitos de WCM;
  • Utilizar o sistema MAXIMO conforme orientação de treinamentos regionais;
  • Manter a integridade dos ativos do Body Shop;
  • Ser presente nas reuniões de time mensal;
  • Atender o target de sugestões para MT de manutenção Body Shop;
  • Programar O.S para redução de downtime do posto de trabalho;
  • Utilizar os recursos de Pool e centro de treinamento;
  • Executar MP de Preventivas e Preditivas;
  • Realizar reporte de horas via sistema MAXIMO;
  • Acompanhar os reportes diários via teams do status de preventivas diárias;
  • Elaborar melhorias de STS de trabalhos padronizados;
  • Realizar treinamentos obrigatórios para MT de manutenção Body Shop;
  • Utilizar tablets de manutenção para melhoria contínua do atendimento de linha;
  • Additional Description

    Requisitos Desejáveis:

  • Técnico em Mecatrônica, Mecânica, Elétrica, Eletrotécnica, Automação Industrial ou similares;
  • Inglês Básico – Leitura e Escrita;
  • Conhecimento em pacote Microsoft Office;
  • Conhecimento em Programação de CLP Rockwell;
  • Conhecimento IHMs em supervisório Siemens;
  • Conhecimento em redes de comunicação (Ethernet e Devicenet);
  • Conhecimento em inversores de frequência;
  • Conhecimento em operação e programação de Robô FANUC;
  • Conhecimentos em leitura e interpretação de Diagramas mecânicos e elétricos;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas hidráulicos e pneumáticos;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de lubrificação.

  • Disponibilidade de viagens para apoio a LMS e ME em projetos na GMSA;

  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em Gravataí, em turnos, regime de escalas, finais de semana e feriados quando houver a necessidade.
