General Motors Performance Driven Marketing (PDM) team is seeking an individual who will leverage their industry experience to lead and manage the day to days of key products and/or service. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting testing and optimization roadmaps and creating test plans designed to increase engagement while driving personalization, at scale. Using different methodologies, you will analyze data sets to make recommendations and align key stakeholders on best practices for testing while ensuring overall governance. You will intersect between business and technology teams and work with cross-functional teams like, marketing, customer experience, privacy, and loyalty, to coordinate kick-off meetings and approvals, where needed, while also ensuring clear communication and alignment between stakeholders, executives, and leadership.
As a Testing & Optimization Analyst, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the company architecture to play a significant role in helping to bring together critical stakeholders to enable the delivery of services, critical for our customers. This individual should lead by example displaying GM behaviors, commitment to personal development and commitment to creating a positive Workplace of Choice culture.
