The Transformation Change Lead plays an integral role in articulating our digital vision, both within and outside the organization. This position will champion the narrative around our data-driven initiatives, guide leadership communications, present digital achievements to our board, and lead change management initiatives related to our vast data & digital programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Narrative Development: Design, refine, and iterate on the company's digital strategy messaging, ensuring a cohesive and inspiring narrative across all communication channels.
  • Leadership Communication: Collaborate closely with senior leadership, providing them with the tools, messaging, and platforms needed to convey our digital strategy's essence to various stakeholders.
  • Board Presentations: Create comprehensive and compelling presentations for the board that detail the progress, value, and future direction of our digital initiatives, ensuring they align with company goals.
  • Change Management Leadership: Design and implement strategic change management initiatives, focusing on employee engagement, training, and communication to ensure smooth transitions during digital transformations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to ensure that messaging around digital initiatives is consistent, timely, and aligned with Rockwell Automation's overarching goals.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital strategy communication, incorporating innovations to ensure Rockwell Automation remains at the cutting edge.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Regularly assess the efficacy of communication initiatives using KPIs and feedback mechanisms, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with external stakeholders, including partners, customers, and industry experts, to align and promote our digital endeavors.
  • Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Master's Degree is advantageous.
  • 5+ years in strategic communication, specifically focusing on digital strategy, leadership alignment, and change management. Experience in the industrial automation sector or tech-driven environments is a significant plus.
  • Skills:
  • Mastery in crafting and executing robust communication strategies.
  • Stellar written and oral communication capabilities.
  • Aptitude for translating intricate digital concepts into comprehensible narratives.
  • Strong grasp of change management methodologies.
  • Excellent collaboration and team-building skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and adaptation in the ever-evolving world of digital communication.
  • This position can be performed from any US location.
  • The base salary compensation range for this role is $126,960 to $190,440 USD Annual with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Our company benefits can be found at raquickfind.com.
