Role Summary:

In support of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an experienced program manager to support our Enterprise Transformation initiatives. You will lead the team in defining and executing our Digital Transformation vision in support of our corporate and departmental goals. These programs will bringing impactful innovation to bear for key business stakeholders and enable them to grow our businesses.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or or equivalent relevant years of experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Typically needs 8+ years of related work experience.
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 10%
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed environment within global organization.
  • Leadership

  • Establish rigor across delivery organizations to ensure timely delivery and management of risks or issues.
  • Serves as an advisor to leadership on necessary decisions that will move the program forward.
  • Motivates teams and (in)direct reports to deliver above and beyond expectations in the design, development, and launch of new enterprise capabilities.
  • Recruits, leads, and manages a team toward realizing achievement toward product-based milestones.
  • Fosters Rockwell culture and core values in support of team growth and advancement.
  • Driving Results & Execution

  • Partner across teams to develop the vision, strategy, roadmap, and phased deployments with an eye toward enabling rapid, data-driven decisions.
  • Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new or existing products, services or workflows.
  • Actively shapes and executes discovery and design work to ensure that all subsequent development is done with a keen eye toward solving business relevant problems.
  • Defines success via leadership aligned KPIs and deliver capabilities on time and budget.
  • Proactively addresses any challenges related to meeting or exceeding target metrics.
  • Collaborates to prioritize products and resourcing requirements to support delivery across the organization.
  • Manage external partners effectively to ensure delivery on budget and goals.
  • Support preparations and delivery of readouts and updates for any business reviews.
  • Teaming & Collaboration

  • Partner with external consultants to deliver Transformational capabilities via agile methodology across Design, Build, Test, Train and Deploy phases.
  • Acts as a low ego, servant leader in pursuit of Rockwell and individual team member success.
  • Liaise across all stakeholders (technical and business) to incubate and accelerate technology adoption.
  • Lead the commission of new capability efforts in collaboration and coordination with cross-functional leaders, specifically garnering business support at the onset.
  • Foster positive working relationships with key stakeholders, including cross functional teams to understand their needs and break down barriers.
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed environment within global organization.
  • This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation.

    The base salary compensation range for this role is $126,960.00 – 158,700.00 with an annual target bonus of 8% of base salary. Our company benefits can be found at raquickfind.com.
