Undergraduate Rotation Program – Sales
Epson is looking for a recent college graduate to join our Sales team! The Undergraduate Rotation Program is an opportunity to be exposed to multiple business and operation areas of Epson America, as well as develop a wide range of skills and experience in preparation for opportunities within the company before completion of the one-year program.

What areas will I work in? • The Undergraduate Rotation Representative will gain experience in three areas of Sales: Lead Generation, Channel Inside Sales, and Inside Sales Education End User o Lead Generation: Understand the overview of process to obtaining market qualified lead, lead calling, and product training o Channel Inside Sales: Understanding the dealer side of sales such as Epson dealer program benefits, Channel partners, Purchase Flow, Distribution, product promotional offerings o Inside Sales Education End User: Learning a strong foundation in Sales through Salesforce training, strong knowledge in Epson's projector product line in the Education market
About your experience: • Bachelor's Degree Required • New college graduates with relevant internship or coursework will be considered • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel • Possess curiosity and a penchant for learning and experimenting to find solutions • Takes the initiative to “get the job done” • Desire to work across all parts of the organization and build up a strong interpersonal network • Likes to practice what you have learned and develop expertise to assist in driving important process improvement initiatives and organizational change • Critical thinking • Ability to be highly productive and organized with minimal oversight from senior management • Desire to work across all parts of the organization and build up a strong interpersonal network • Must be able to work onsite in our Los Alamitos, CA office • Entry-level sales experience is a plus • Ability to work independently and as a group • Ability to conduct presentations to various audiences
The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $62,628 and $86,120. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
