We are looking for a full- or part-time virtual reality / technology enthusiast to help manage post-sales and support towards our clients. You will be the team's go-to person for handling hardware related topics and continuously stay up to date on the latest VR technology news.
What you will be doing:
Be responsible for getting our enterprise clients up and running with virtual reality equipment.
Help in the installation and distribution process of the hardware.
Stay up to date on the latest virtual reality hardware related news, including testing newly released technology.
Handle support errands related to both software and hardware.
Manage the device management system.
Test and evaluate VR applications.

Skills & RequirementsProblem-solving mindset. We are working with the latest hardware technology. You will continuously run in to new challenges and need to be creative in finding new solutions to different problems.
Structured. We are working with leading industry clients and the support needs to be very well-organized and structured.
Technical interest. You should have experience in working with highly technical products as well as a strong interest in new technology, in particular Virtual Reality.
Results-oriented and pragmatic. You need to be focused on the client need and the bigger picture.
Great spoken and written English & Swedish. You need to be at ease coordinating with both English and Swedish speaking customers.
