Description

You will manage GM's CCA warehouses and parts distribution to dealer networks in Brazil and Argentina. This position is responsible for invoicing 60% of regional revenue, manage 50% of regional inventory and has direct impact on customer retention and satisfaction.

The main challenges of the role are:

Builds a diverse and effective team by selecting the best talent, handling performance, and providing mentorship / coaching. Manage the culture within their organization, holds themselves and others accountable for demonstrating GMs values and cultural behaviors. Work to improve Workplace of Choice environment.

Manage warehouse operations to ensure that parts distribution to customers are performed within agreed level of services in terms of timing, cost, and quality. This has direct impact on customer satisfaction and retention, driving revenue and future car buy consideration. Definition of the performance objectives, management through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), execution of plans and deployment of resources to perform at targeted levels.

Assure that all operations activities are performed in a safety environment and in compliance with environmental and financial requirements (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley). Work with global / regional functional structures to assure that the right processes, resources, controls, and audits (local / corporate) are in place to be compliant. Holds direct leadership accountability for the execution.

Perform warehouse operations to the highest level of excellence in industry, to deliver competitive structural cost and improve contribution margin. Manage structural costs budget, define priorities, and drive implementation of global processes and best practices to improve productivity and reduce waste.

Responsible to drive the implementation of common global processes, policies and ensure compliance with safety, financial, fiscal, environmental, and legal requirements. Responsible to foster the culture of continuous improvement and best practice sharing and implementation. Stay current on company-wide and industry trends relevant to position.

Development and execution of 3 Party Logistics Provider contracts. In the case of new contractual agreements, input into contractual language, key performance indicators (KPI's), financials etc.

Collaborate with commercial teams, finance, dealer network and other business partners to attain business goals. Identify potential risks and take necessary corrective actions. Understand GM's goals and strategies relating to overall business, brands, and service.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Additional Description

Requirements:

- University Degree.

- Experience in Operations Management.

- Microsoft Office.

- English Level, advanced.

- Desirable SAP and Wharehause System Knowledge.
