A corrected version of the information followsOn December 16, 2022, ABB held 98,368,744 of its own shares, which corresponds to 5.01 percent of total share capital and voting rights in the company. ABB’s total number of issued shares, including shares held in treasury, is 1,964,745,075. On December 15, 2022, ABB held 98,178,744 of its own shares, which corresponded to 4.997 percent of total share capital and voting rights in the company.
